Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Trid
I'm quite an independent kitten - I like people, but only on my terms. I prefer to interact through play, I love to chase toys and the laser pointer. When I do interact with people I don't really like to be stroked on the top of my head, I'm not really sure why as I am a confident kitten, but I've always been like that. If you do try to pet me, I usually role over on my back and try to play rough as I do like to wrestle and attack your hands. I am a bit of a tom boy and behave more like a little male kitten. I boss the other foster kittens around.
My Ideal Home:
I'd be fine in most households. It may take a few days for me to suss out the new environment, but I will settle in quickly. A busier house is fine, I'd probably prefer it to be honest as I am very curious and want to know what is going on at all times.
I may be a bit too rough for elderly owners who have delicate skin as I do like to wrestle and pounce a lot. I may get under your feet in an attempt to get your attention.
What is Known About My Background:
My siblings and I came into care with our mum when we were about 10 days old.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I am fine with adult cats - I tend to give them a wide berth and not annoy them. I have been living with dogs, again, I don't mind them in the same environment but I usually don't really interact with them very much. I'd be suited to a household with a younger cat who like to rough and tumble.
Older kids (8 years and older) would be fine. As mentioned, I can be a rough nut. I'd prefer interactive play with a feather on a stick or laser pointer. I love to pounce and hide in boxes and jump out and scare you as you walk past.
