Introducing Minnie, a delightful 14-year-old mini fox terrier cross who is seeking a loving new family to share her golden years with! Weighing in at just 5 kilograms, Minnie may be petite, but she has a heart full of warmth and charm that is sure to brighten your days.
Despite her age, Minnie still has a sprightly spirit and enjoys leisurely strolls and playtime with her select dog friends. Although she hasn't been tested with cats, she does well with other dogs she's comfortable with. Minnie would thrive in a home with older children (over 8 years) who understand her gentle nature and can participate in her care.
Minnie is the perfect companion for those who appreciate the loyalty and companionship of a senior dog. Her ideal home will have a secure fence to keep her safe during her time outdoors, and in return, she offers endless love and joy. Located in Red Hill, Minnie has been fully desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed, ensuring she is ready to embark on her next adventure with you.
The adoption fee for Minnie is $395, which goes towards ensuring she has the best possible care. If you're ready to welcome a sweet and loving companion into your heart and home, consider adopting Minnie. She may be small in stature, but she is sure to make a big impact on your life with her gentle presence and unwavering devotion.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
