About Koda - 1.5 Year old Labrador x
Koda is a big handsome chocolate brown fluffy boy who has quickly become our newest BFG - Big, Friendly Guy!
He is a friendly, affectionate dog with a love for life. True to his Labrador roots, he loves the beach and the water, making him a good friend to have in Australia.
He’s very food motivated, which makes him an absolute joy to train. He’s still playing catch-up on puppy basics, but he’s already showing great progress.
He’s mastered his sit before meal times and is quickly picking up on other commands.
His new name, Koda, is still a work in progress, but with some patience, he’ll get the hang of it in no time!
Koda can be a bit nervous around unfamiliar dogs, but with a gentle, proper introduction, he’s more than happy to engage and play with them.
He’s a social boy who enjoys spending time with other dogs once he’s comfortable. He would benefit from a house with another dog but could be happy as an only dog too.
Koda would be best suited to
* Family looking for a great dog
* Children over the age of 10 years
* Medium sized yard with secure fencing
* Home with time and patience to settle him in and commit to ongoing training.
Give him love and Koda will be your best friend fur-ever.
Koda is in care at Fullerton Cove, NSW, and is available for adoption within NSW. Koda's adoption fee is $400, and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
