About Betsy Boo
Meet Betsy Boo, an adorable 16mo Australian Cattle Dog x Border Collie weighing in at 16kg, who is a delightful bundle of energy and affection. Betsy Boo is the perfect mix of lively and loving, making her a fantastic companion for anyone who enjoys active dogs.
Betsy Boo has a great rapport with other high-energy dogs, and she thrives on companionship and play. Dog toys, especially balls, are her favorite playtime pastime, keeping her happily occupied for hours. Skilled in both crate training and house training, Betsy Boo offers the perfect blend of playfulness and discipline.
Though initially timid when meeting new people, Betsy Boo quickly warms up with patience and treats, responding beautifully to treat-based training. Once she feels comfortable, she doesn't hesitate to show her more affectionate side; curling up on a lap is her idea of bliss.
During sunny days, you'll often find her basking outside while she enjoys the outdoors. She also relishes water play and the company of humans and dogs alike. Betsy Boo is a pro at car travel, though she might need a little encouragement at times to jump in.
While she loves having fun, Betsy Boo appreciates a serene home environment without the hustle and bustle of young children, as they can overwhelm her. An ideal home for her would include an owner who can be around more often than not, as her social nature craves attention and interaction. If you work from home or have a flexible schedule, Betsy Boo would absolutely thrive in your care.
If you’re seeking a lively yet loving dog to fill your days with joy and companionship, Betsy Boo is more than ready to join your family and share her delightful spirit.

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
