About Harvey (previously Sir Butterscotch)
Sir Butterscotch may have had a rough start in life, spending much of his early days hiding in fear, but since coming into our care, he has shown us that he is nothing but a sweet, affectionate kitty who deserves all the love in the world. He is a gentle soul with a heart full of affection, and he's now ready to find a home where he can continue to shine!
Sir Butterscotch would do best in a calm, quiet home where he can feel safe and secure - loud noises can still be a bit too overwhelming for him. He's seeking humans who will show him the unconditional love and patience he deserves. Sir Butterscotch is incredibly social and loves to snuggle up with his humans. He's also quite the adventurer when it comes to finding quirky new places to nap, and we guarantee his choice of snooze spots will bring a smile to your face every day!
Though Sir Butterscotch has some neurological issues as a result of old trauma (leaving him a bit wobbly at times), it doesn't stop him from living his life to the fullest. He's as affectionate as can be and would thrive in a home without carpeted areas, which will make him feel more at ease.
This sweet boy would be happy to live with other cats - he's very social and enjoys the company of his feline friends. Sir Butterscotch is looking for that special someone who will see past his wobbly moments and embrace the loving, gentle soul he is.
If you have a quiet, loving home and the patience to help this beautiful boy continue to grow, Sir Butterscotch would love to become your lifelong companion. Please help this wonderful boy find his forever home where he can be cherished for the precious soul that he is. 💛
