About Jaime
If you’re looking for a pup who will never let a dull moment sneak into your life, Jaime is the one for you! This little dynamo has more energy than a lightning bolt, and she’s always ready for her next adventure.
From the moment she wakes up, Jaime is on the move. She’s full of life and always ready to play. Whether it’s zoomies around the yard or playing with squeaky toys that she’s more than happy to shred, Jaime is constantly in motion. Her energy is off the charts, and we honestly haven’t found the bottom of her tank yet! If you’re an active person who loves to go for walks, runs, or hikes, Jaime will keep you on your toes. She’s the perfect sidekick for outdoor adventures or spontaneous play sessions, and she’ll keep you entertained with her boundless enthusiasm
But don’t let her high energy fool you yet, Jaime is also a huge fan of cuddles. After a long playtime, she’ll happily plop down next to you and snuggle up, ready to relax and recharge. She loves being the centre of attention, and while she’s got the energy of a working dog, she’s also got a soft side that wants to be your companion 24/7. She’ll follow you around the house like your personal shadow, making sure she’s always by your side.
Jaime is still working on some basics like house training and learning to sit for treats. She’s a bit independent and doesn’t seem to be all that food motivated, but she’s got a sweet, friendly temperament that makes her hard to resist.
She’s a little sassy, but in the best possible way. If you’re looking for a dog who will challenge you to keep up while also showering you with love, Jaime will be right there with you.

Adopting a puppy is a big responsibility.
It's important to understand that training is just as important as providing food, water, and shelter for your new pet. Having an untrained puppy can lead to behavioral problems that can make the pup difficult to live with. Of course, having an obedient pup is much more rewarding for both pet and owner.
Training your puppy is a vital part of their development. Starting early is key, as puppies learn and adapt quickly. Training will help your pup understand commands and expectations. Furthermore, it will help socialize your pup, making them better equipped for interacting with other animals and people.
During puppyhood, you should focus on teaching basic commands like sit, stay and come. Consistency and repetition are key in training, and it is important to reward good behavior with treats and praise. This will help reinforce positive behaviors and discourage negative ones.
It is also important to provide your pup with plenty of exercise (once fully vaccinated). Not only will this help with physical development, but it will also help keep them mentally stimulated. This will help promote good behavior, as well as help your pup get rid of excess energy.
In addition to basic commands, you should also consider training your pup in more complex tasks. These can include tricks, agility, and even protection training. Not only will this help to sharpen your pup’s obedience, but it can also be great fun for both of you.
Training your pup is an important part of preparing them for a happy and healthy life. It is important to start early and to be consistent in order to ensure success. With patience and dedication, you and your pup can learn to create a bond that will last for years to come.
So, if you’re ready to welcome a pup into your life, consider adopting today. You won’t regret it!

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:
1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.
2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.
3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.
4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.
