About Cicada
Hello, potential forever family! My name is Cicada, and I’m the quieter half of the dynamic duo alongside my playful brother, Mantis. Currently, I’m living in a warm and loving foster home, where I share my space with my brother and four resident cats. I’m on the lookout for my forever home, and I can’t wait to meet you!
While I may be a bit more reserved than my brother, that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy playtime. I like to join in on the fun when the mood strikes me, but I prefer to take my time and observe before diving into the action. My playful side comes out when I feel comfortable, and I enjoy gentle rough and tumble sessions with Mantis and the resident cats.
I’m a gentle soul at heart, and I appreciate the quieter moments in life. When I’m not playing, you can often find me lounging in a cozy spot, soaking up the warmth or just enjoying some peaceful time in a sunny window. I value my space and comfort, and I’m always on the lookout for a nice, soft blanket to curl up on.
Being in a foster home with a variety of cats has helped me develop my social skills. I get along well with my brother and the more friendly resident cats, and I’m learning to navigate interactions with the others. I’m open to exploring new friendships, as long as they’re introduced patiently.
Though I haven’t had any experience with dogs yet, I’m a calm and gentle cat, and I believe with the right introductions, I could adapt to a canine companion as well.
If you’re searching for a sweet, gentle kitty who enjoys the quieter side of life but still has a playful spirit, I would love to meet you! My foster family can share more about me and help arrange a meet-and-greet.
I can’t wait to find my forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and cherished. Thank you for considering me as your new feline companion!
I am currently hanging out with my friends at Petstock Cameron Park. Come on by and say Hi.
