About Bree
Meet Bree, a sweetheart at heart and a true homebody ready to fill your life with love and companionship. Bree is a lovable canine who enjoys being a couch potato and staying close to her human, bringing warmth and affection to every moment shared. Her gentle and loving nature makes her the perfect companion for someone who appreciates the quiet, comforting company of a dog who truly bonds with her people.
Bree thrives in an environment where she can be the center of attention without sharing her space with other pets or children. She forms strong attachments to her human companions, and her devotion is both touching and rewarding. As an attentive and loyal friend, Bree is looking for an extra special adoptive home that can cater to her specific medical needs and provide the care she so deserves.
While Bree may be a gentle soul, she does have a few anxieties that she's currently managing with medication. These worries are just a part of her uniqueness and don't take away from the immense joy she brings to those around her. Dedicated adopters who can offer the stability and patience she requires will find in Bree a truly special furry friend who is worth every effort.
If you have the space in your heart and home for a shy, worried, sweet and loving dog like Bree, she's eagerly waiting to meet you and become your affectionate shadow.
Medical notes
Bree is being successfully treated for superficial wounds from an argument with another dog in her previous home. Her gentle spirit shines through even in moments of adversity, making her a truly special companion. She's also receiving treatment for Atopic Dermatitis, an ongoing condition that requires regular care, including monthly allergy injections. Her new home might need to explore whether her allergies are food-related through a food elimination trial.
Currently, she is also being treated for an ear infection, likely related to her skin sensitivities, but with the right care and attention, she's expected to thrive. Her caring veterinarians are also addressing a condition third eyelid prolapse, commonly known in her breed to be a 'Cherry Eye'.
We are more than happy to discuss further with interested families.
