Meet Oaklynn, a sweet and loving companion whose affection and bond with her humans set her apart. With a true homebody disposition, she delights in curling up on the couch with her favourite people, offering a comforting presence that can only come from such a genuine heart.
Oaklynn would thrive in a quiet home where she can be the sole recipient of your love and attention. Her peaceful nature makes her ideal for a child-free household without other pets, where she can shine as your one and only canine companion.
She is seeking a very special family that will cater to her medical needs. She is currently trialling medication to help manage her anxieties, proving once again that her wellbeing is paramount. If you're looking for a loyal and loveable couch potato to share lazy afternoons and quiet evenings with, Oaklynn is the perfect match. Oaklynn is a dog who will truly cherish the home you provide her, offering boundless affection and loyalty in return.
Medical notes
Oaklynn is being successfully treated for superficial wounds from an argument with another dog in her previous home. Her gentle spirit shines through even in moments of adversity, making her a truly special companion. She's also receiving treatment for Atopic Dermatitis, an ongoing condition that requires regular care, including monthly allergy injections. Her new home might need to explore whether her allergies are food-related through a food elimination trial. Currently, Oaklynn is also being treated for an ear infection, likely related to her skin sensitivities, but with the right care and attention, she's expected to thrive. Her caring veterinarians are also addressing a condition third eyelid prolapse, commonly known in her breed to be a 'Cherry Eye'.
Despite these setbacks, Oaklynn's heart is as big as her determination. She is a wonderful dog who is as sweet as she is strong, ready to melt the hearts of anyone she meets. Her journey has shown us that Oaklynn is a testament to resilience and love, and she's bound to bring immense joy and companionship to the family lucky enough to welcome her into their lives.

Our adoption process is simplified and straightforward, and we love working with adoptive families to find their Purr fect match!
Pet Transport for getting your new adoptive pet home;
If you are unable to travel to us to meet your new best friend you are welcome to get in touch with Road Based Pet Transport Companies to see if this is a viable option for you.
Specifically for our rescue, the pet transport company must be able to collect the pet directly from our location as we are currently unable to meet transport at other locations.
