About Me:
Hi there, human. I’m Custard, a 1-year-old staffy x kelpie with a golden coat that shines like my personality. (The template said insert a cute and corny line here so there it is). Think of me as the ultimate combination of cuddly and chaotic, like a little tornado with a love for belly rubs and mischief. Currently enjoying a casual but loving relationship with my foster mum, I’m ready to take the plunge into a long-term commitment. Must love dogs (and me, obviously)
The Basics:
• Age: 1 year (still a youthful pup at heart)
• Size: Medium (perfect for couch snuggling!)
• Looks: A million-dollar smile and a wag that could power a small city
• Energy Levels: High! I’m a magnificent ball of energy who loves adventures and making new doggy friends.
What I’m Looking For:
I need a home where I can run, play, and unleash my inner goofball. I’m also on the lookout for a doggy pal to chase and wrestle with—group activities are my jam. Whether you’re an outdoorsy type or just love strolling through the neighbourhood, I’m your girl.
Fun Facts:
• I have an adventurous streak. I once took a solo adventure to hang out with neighbouring dogs. They loved me, but my foster mum was not happy. Who could resist my charm, though?
• I consider myself super sociable. Visitors? They’ll get the best tail-wagging welcome ever.
• I’m still a work in progress on my manners. Okay, I admit, I can occasionally go full-on kangaroo and jump during excitement—but I’m working on it!
Life Skills:
• Crate-trained and quiet at night (promise I won’t be holding a night party alone).
• Learning my tricks! I know ‘Sit’, ‘Drop’, and ‘Wait’—perfect for impressing friends during dinner parties (or just getting treats, let’s be honest).
• House-trained (occasional lazy accident may happen, but hey, nobody’s perfect, right?).
What I Enjoy:
• Tummy rubs? Yes, please! Back scratches? You bet!
• Car rides? Leave a door open, and I’m in faster than you can say “Road trip!”
• Bones are a solid pastime when you leave me for an hour (don’t worry, I'll keep myself out of trouble, mostly).
My Ideal Partner:
Someone who appreciates enthusiasm and energy. If you love adventure, can offer good fences (I’m slightly notorious for my rendezvous with the neighbour’s dogs), and have a soft spot for a pup with a big heart, then we might just be the paw-fect match!
Let’s Chat:
If your idea of a good time involves channelling your inner dog whisperer and has room for adventure (and a bit of chaos), swipe right on Custard. Finding my forever home is my ultimate adventure, and I can’t wait to meet my new family.
Currently hanging out in Cleveland (Brisbane area) but ready to explore a new home as far as the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast for a perfect match. Let's make a paw-some life together! 🐾❤️
