🌳Hello, I'm Dozer and I’m an 8 year old English Staffordshire Bull Terrier gentleman with a heart of gold and lots of love to give. I am looking for my forever family, where I can share my unwavering devotion and loyal nature with those who appreciate the bond of a mature companion. At 8 years young, I am an attentive dog who knows his mind and will make a great addition as an only dog to most homes.
🐾Whether it's keeping a watchful eye on my loved ones or offering a comforting presence, I'm always by your side, ready to offer my support and affection. With my loving nature, I make a wonderful guardian and companion. I'm attentive to your needs and quick to offer a paw or a cuddle when you need it most.

✅Nanny Dog Myth: Staffies were historically known as "Nanny Dogs" due to their reputation for being reliable and trustworthy with children. Despite their muscular appearance, they have a gentle and affectionate nature, making them wonderful family pets.
✅Smiling Faces: Staffordshire Bull Terriers are famous for their "Staffy Smile." When they're excited or happy, they often display a wide grin with their lips pulled back, resembling a human smile. It's an endearing trait that adds to their charm and appeal.
✅Athletic Abilities: Despite their compact size, Staffies are surprisingly athletic and agile. They excel in various dog sports such as agility, obedience, and flyball. Their strength, agility, and enthusiasm make them versatile competitors and enjoyable companions for active families.
🐥 While under the care of Willow Tree Sanctuary, our dogs are desexed (at the right age) microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested (6 months+), treated monthly for parasites and have any other necessary vet treatment required.
Note: We recommend all pups and their adopters attend puppy and obedience training to give them the opportunity to become the best versions of themselves 🙌

Adoption details
Steps to finding you forever friend:
1. Complete adoption application via our website for be reviewed for suitability.
2. If approved, contact will be made to arrange for a meet and greet.
3. Invoice and adoption email to applicant.
4. Meet & greet takes place.
5. If successful, vet history & waiver document, and contract is sent to applicant.
6. Applicant is required to view the Adoption Contract online and sign.
7. Applicant is required to pay the full adoption fee.
8. Once steps 1-7 have been completed, the animal can commence trial.
9. After trial is complete, confirmation email and microchip form will be sent to the applicant.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
