About Cindy
Hello! I’m Cindy, though my foster carer affectionately calls me Jellyfish. You might be wondering why - it's because I was born without bones in my front legs! I also answer to a few other quirky names, like Meerkat, T-Rex, and Boneless Chicken, so I’m a bit confused about what my real name is.
I am a super cute kitten with a fiery personality that more than makes up for my unique physique. I’m a little firecracker and think I should be in charge of everything! I’m not shy about letting the resident 8-year-old cats know that when they’re lounging on the couch I want to claim. Honestly, how dare they?
I’ve mastered the art of vocalizing my needs, especially when I find myself in a tricky spot. I’m quite the adventurer and sometimes require a little help from my human food-bearer. But once I figure something out, I rarely get stuck again! I have no fear of heights and love to nap at the top of the 1.8-meter cat tower in my foster home..
Oh, and did I mention I absolutely LOVE food? You’ll find me in the kitchen, right behind my human, especially when food is being prepared. If it takes too long, I will channel my inner T-Rex and let out a loud bellow to remind her that I’m on the verge of starving to death! And when she does the food whistle? Watch out - I’ll dash to where the food gets put down, knocking over any unsuspecting kitten or cat in my path.
I have a unique way of walking and running due to my short, bent front legs - it's something you really have to see to appreciate! Playing is a sight to behold too. I do have a few special needs because of my shorter legs, but my foster carer will happily explain those when you reach out.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
