About Lenny, the greyhound
If you are interested in Lenny, or any of our Greyhounds, we require you to fill in our application form - https://forms.gle/kpSn4PdsS2Uc7gDt6
Meet Lenny, a gentle and faithful canine companion looking for a home where he can settle in and share his affections with a loving family. In his own unique way, Lenny's easygoing and mild-mannered personality will win over your heart. While he has only casually met a few other dog breeds, he remains gently curious rather than boisterous, exhibiting a serene nature that makes him a calming presence in any household.
Lenny adores cuddle time, and his heartwarming returns home involve jumping on the spot in pure excitement. When walking, he stays close, leaning gently rather than pulling, and his sweet nuzzles are a testament to his affectionate nature. Though not particularly enticed by treats, his love for his people remains ever steadfast, and he never exhibits resource guarding or sleep startle. He's unbothered by other dogs, gracefully ignoring provocation and staying focused on the walk at hand.
While Lenny gets used to loud noises like trucks, he is working on gaining more confidence in these situations, and he's taking new adventures in stride. He’s learning to enjoy quieter moments by exploring other rooms to rest and is gradually finding interest in toys.
With his gentle disposition and desire for companionship, Lenny would thrive in a home where he can be part of an affectionate family who understands the love he offers comes with his need for closeness. Embrace Lenny's loving nature, and you'll discover a loyal friend ready to share life's journey with you.
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
