Sasha is a quiet, independent girl who’s just waiting for the right family to appreciate her charm. Quiet cats like Sasha can sometimes be overlooked in profile listings, but these gentle souls are favourites among our foster carers. They’re calm, gentle, non-dominant, easy to care for, and an absolute pleasure to share a home with.

Sasha grew up on the streets, but since she came into the safety of the rescue, she has embraced all the comforts that come with living alongside humans. She has her own rhythm, and she may take a little while to warm up as she carefully studies her new environment. Once she’s comfortable, though, Sasha brings a cozy, sun-loving vibe to her home.

When she feels safe, she’s happy to hang out nearby. She’s still learning to enjoy pats, but she’ll give you a gentle sniff as her way of saying, “Hey, I’m glad you’re here.”

Sasha will thrive in a home with other cats, and although she hasn’t met any dogs, she may do well with a calm, cat-savvy canine companion. She’s looking for an adult or teenage-only home where she can settle in at her own pace.
