About Summer
Summer is a stunning young female, black and tan kelpie with a soft and loving nature.
Summer is highly intelligent, obedient and always ready to be with her person/s for some activity or snuggles and pats. She has great recall, is house trained and will sit and stay when asked to. She is terrific with other dogs and loves to play and run with her pack, but will also play happily alone with her toys if no-one else is available for a frolic.
Summers inside manners are perfect, she is toilet trained and will go to her bed when told and rest quietly. Summer would suit a home with another dog of similar age to play with or with people at home more often than not as she is quite an energetic and social dog.
Summer can be overwhelmed by loud noises and would love a country/rural life where she is part of the family. She is great with older children but has not been tested with young children. She has had exposure to cattle and horses and shows no interest in chasing them.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
