About Cyrus (Billy Ray)
Meet Cyrus, a Neapolitan Mastiff mix with an imposing size that matches his equally large heart. At four years old, Cyrus exudes an impressive blend of tranquility and charisma, making him an ideal companion for those who appreciate the gentle grace of a big dog.
Cyrus is happiest when spending time with his human companions, trotting alongside them as they explore the open yards around the shelter. His love for adventure is matched by his impeccable cleanliness. This gentle giant really values keeping his space tidy, making him an easy addition to any household.
However, his excitement can sometimes result in a fair bit of drool – a delightful quirk that just adds to his personality. While Cyrus forgets his size from time to time, his playful antics and affectionate nature make up for it. Due to his size and exuberance, he would thrive in a home with older kids aged 13 and above, ensuring that his playfulness doesn't accidentally topple the younger ones. Cyrus can live with other dogs but only if they are okay with some rough play and their personalities mesh.
If you're looking for a loyal, loving, and slightly slobbery best friend, Cyrus is ready to steal your achy breaky heart and fill your days with warmth and companionship.

Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours if we have notice. Please call us to arrange a time.
