Milo 🥎14mos, Non Shedding, Terrier x🤩

Milo is an adorable, 14 month old, 10kg, Spitz x Maltese, (we were told). He will be an amazing addition to your family given the time, love and patience he deserves. He has a non shedding coat which makes him good for people with allergies.

😊He would love a backyard where he can play fetch with you. He is an inside dog and would like to be welcome inside to enjoy a snuggle on the sofa.

He is just starting to experience the world after a puppyhood spent isolated in a backyard. He has already made great strides since coming into foster care and is growing in confidence with each gentle, positive experience. He needs a patient and loving person(s) to continue with his training and socialisation. Our professional dog trainer is happy to offer you a free in-person lesson (if you’re the Newcastle area) and all the phone support you would like.

Milo loves people and is very affectionate and friendly once he gets to know you. He might scare little children when he runs and jumps so he's best with children over 11 years old.

Milo loves walks but he doesn't like meeting other dogs so he is not Mr Social Butterfly to take to dog parks. Walks around your neighbourhood or in a quiet park suit him best. He can learn to live with a very passive, female dog but he really is best as an only dog.

Milo has started recall training and is smart and eager to please. He is a sweet and gorgeous boy who has so much potential and lots of love to give. He needs someone who is home often so they can bond with him and spend time teaching him.

Milo is in foster care in Eleebana, NSW (Lake Macquarie) and is available for adoption in NSW and ACT. His adoption fee is $800. He has been desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and treated for fleas.
