About Dobby
Hi, I’m Dobby! I’m a one-year-old Kelpie, and I’m here to tell you why I’d be the perfect addition to your family. First things first – I’m a super fun, silly boy who loves life! I absolutely adore people, other dogs, and just about everything that involves having a good time. Toys? Yes, please. Fetch? My favorite! I’m always up for being active and goofy, but don’t worry – I’m also happy to chill out whenever you need me to.
I love my crate and will happily go to bed when you ask me to. It’s my cozy little spot where I can relax after a day full of fun. I’ve been told I’m a smart boy – I know sit, down, and I’ll come running when you call my name. I’m toilet trained, crate trained, and have excellent manners in the house. Oh, and I’m working hard on my loose leash walking – I’m getting better every day!
I’m an adventurous pup who enjoys walks, games of chasey or fetch, and cuddling up with my humans at the end of the day. I’ll even play dress-ups if treats are involved! I can be a little shy at first in new situations, but with gentle guidance, my confidence shines through.
I’d love an active family who’s ready to help me keep learning and growing. I’d also enjoy having a playful doggy sibling to be my partner-in-crime. I’ve lived with kids before and had no problems, though I haven’t met cats or small pocket pets yet. High, secure fencing would be great for me since I’m such a young, energetic guy.
I’m so excited to live my best life with my new family, sharing all the kisses, cuddles, and laughs you could ever want. If you think I’m the boy for you, apply today!
Dobby is located in QLD.

You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au

We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa.
