About Spock & Sparrow - 5 Month Old Domestic Short Hair
This delightful duo of DSH 5?month old kittens are Spock (black and white) and Sparrow (tabby and white). These two siblings are very friendly, affectionate purr-machines - they love to play together but are also happy to spend most of the day snoozing.
Spock and Sparrow would love to be adopted together, however they could also be adopted separately if required.
Spock is a curious and affectionate black and white boy who’s a total dude. If Spock were to be described with human traits you could call him a hippy surfer or skateboarder - he’s a gnarly dude. His favourite game is zooming down the corridor and diving into his cat tunnel with his sister. He’ll even surf down the stairs in the cat tunnel like he’s riding a wave. After playtime he’ll curl up on the couch, stairs or on your bed with you whilst purring at full volume. He’s a mummy’s boy who likes to follow you around the house - holding his tail high and quivering with love for you. When you hold him he purrs so loudly that you may need ear plugs ❤️ Gorgeous little Spock is like a puppy - flipping onto his back for scratches and belly rubs.
Sparrow is a stunning tabby and white girl who is sweetly affectionate and can be a bit shyer than her brother initially. She has the prettiest coat with stripes like a tiger and spots like cheetah. Once Sparrow is comfortable with you and her surroundings she is curious and playful. She’s loves playing with toys and has been known to paddle in her water bowl with her brother. Her favourite game is zooming down the corridor and diving into her cat tunnel with her brother. Sparrow flips onto her back for belly rubs and when you pick her up she leans her whole body into you for cuddles whilst loudly purring. She has the sweetest little squeaky meow when she wants your attention.
Spock and Sparrow are both litter-tray and scratching-post trained and are great eaters - their favourite food is chicken. They are in foster care with two older cats whom they get on well with. They have also been exposed to two small, calm dogs whom they are gaining confidence with. They may have some oriental in their breed mix as they are tall and lean body shapes, with super short hair and long, thin tails that they hold in the air like meerkats.
Spock and Sparrow would love to be adopted together, however if separated they would suit a home with another friendly cat. They are still a little shy with loud noises and hectic lifestyles so they are better suited to a quieter home without small kids as they’d find it too much. If you have calmer , older kids or teens they would be more comfortable.
They are inside only cats.
They are in foster care in Gosford, NSW. Adoption fee is $250 each or $400 for the pair, which includes vaccinations, microchipping and desexing.
