About Karat (Available Mid December)
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Meet Karat, a stunning 2-year-old female Ragdoll with a heart of gold and a gentle, motherly presence. Karat adores sitting back and taking in the world, often accompanied by her three adorable kittens. While she may be a bit reserved initially, a few gentle pats will soon have her feeling right at home. Once she’s settled, Karat will happily curl up on your lap, ready to share her calm and comforting energy. If you're looking for a loving companion and are ready to welcome this beautiful mom, Karat is eager to find her forever family after her kittens have been weened in mid December.
My Ideal Home:
Karat would be suitable for most households but a quieter home would be preferred.
What is Known About My Background:
Karat came from a home of many cats and was a regretful surrender.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Karat is very gentle and should be fine with children.
Karat came from a home of many cats and is friendly with them all.
Karat has not yet met dogs, but with proper introductions could become friends with a cat savvy calm dog.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
