Meet Luca!
Luca is a 6-week-old Husky cross Kelpie with a striking look that will steal your heart immediately. His piercing sky-blue eyes are like a clear winter sky, hinting at the charm and intelligence within! Luca is a little gentleman who already shows an impressive level of good behavior for his young age. He’s curious and calm, soaking in the world around him with a gentle interest. He is working out the whole toilet training, but is doing well for a 6 week old pup. When Luca is playing too rough he is told "no" and he responds immediately. Luca would make a wonderful companion, whether you're seeking an adventure buddy or a loyal friend to share quiet moments. Come meet this handsome little pup—he’s ready to bring love and joy to his forever home after the 6th November!

Luca would be ideal for any household where they could give him the love he craves and provide him with continued training.
What is Known About My Background:
Luca was a surrender along with his siblings (who went to another rescue)
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Luca is great with the kids, other dogs, and he also plays well with cats.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
