Darling Mushroom is truly the sweetest cat you'll ever meet, and she's just waiting for her perfect family to love her!
Gentle yet curious, she has a gorgeous personality that shines bright once she's feeling comfortable in new surroundings. She clearly craves company and attention - happiest whenever she's in the same room as you, and not shy to ask for belly rubs from her foster humans and visitors alike!
And if you give this extremely food-motivated girl a creamy treat, you'll seal your bond of friendship for life :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Mushroom is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I love spending time with people, but I'm also fine on my own - so I'd be equally well-suited to a single person, couple or family who's home a lot or out a lot. Being quite adaptable by nature I think I'd fit in pretty much anywhere after a period of getting used to things!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm still very young with heaps of energy for playtime and games - I especially love my cat wands and a good scratcher! If you can play with me for a little while each day I'd be rapt :) Otherwise I'll entertain myself and eventually mosey off for a nice snooze in my bed.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't had the chance to meet any kids since arriving in foster care, I reckon I'd enjoy family life! Just be aware that I might take some time to adjust to new noises and busy movements.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Ditto above! I've got no objection to friendly resident pets who'll give me time and space to settle in :)

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
