About Rubi
Meet Rubi, a delightful and spirited young dog with a heart full of love to give! Despite being hearing-impaired, Rubi's zest for life is evident in her friendly nature and boundless energy. Her disability doesn't slow her down in the slightest, and she is always ready to make new friends and enjoy the world around her.
Rubi thrives with an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time with people, making her an ideal companion for someone who leads an energetic life. Her playful spirit means she loves exploring new places and activities and her friendly disposition ensures that she charms everyone she meets. Rubi will shine in an environment where she can have plenty of playtime, combined with moments of snuggles and affection. She must always be on a lead when outdoors unless she's in the safety of an enclosed yard, as she relies on her keen senses of sight and smell to navigate the world.
While Rubi may require a little extra attention to ensure her safety due to her hearing impairment, her enthusiasm and loving nature make the effort more than worthwhile. If you have the time and heart to open to a truly special and loving dog, Rubi promises to fill your life with joyous moments and genuine companionship.

Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc.
