Meet Simba, a young soul bursting with life and love. His energy is contagious; he's always ready for a playful chase. His curious nature makes every walk an adventure. Simba's friendly demeanour makes him a joy to be around, always eager to make new friends, both human and canine. He's also a cuddle expert, always ready to snuggle up and share a quiet moment. But it's his sweetness that truly sets him apart. Simba has a heart full of love and he's waiting to share it with his forever family. Adopting Simba isn't just about giving a dog a home, it's about inviting pure joy, boundless energy and unconditional love into your life.
My Ideal Home:
Simba's ideal home would be with someone who has other dogs as he does enjoy having the company. He might also enjoy being an only dog as long as he got enough attention and playtime.

How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Simba loves interacting with Dogs. Older kids he is amazing with running around playing with them, little children he is getting used to gets excited at first and calms down and walks around and lets them pat him. Unknown about how he is with other pets.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
