Hi there! I'm your new best friend... otherwise known as Zamboni. I'm full of energy - wild cracker energy that is! I'm ready to go out into the big world and thrive being someone's new best friend!

I'm seeking a secondary school-aged or older family that will provide me with lots of enrichment and playtime in the backyard. I love playing with toys, especially chasing a tennis ball so would love an active family who can run around and play with me for hours on end. I can also be a little unsure about being left alone for long periods of time so will need a family who has someone home more often than not to keep me company.

I'm a boy who really enjoys getting scratches - oooooo scratches, and oh yeah pats too! I love them when and will happily accept them at all times especially when I'm reclining and having a relaxing moment.

I've been working with behaviour trainers as I need a reminder to approach and interact with people calmly. I can't help it sometimes; I get too excited to say hello! I've come a long way and I'm a lot better at this. I also love my food so I'm keen to continue learning new skills and even some new tricks.

I've also let my friends here at the shelter know that I also wouldn't mind sharing my space with another canine companion. If you have a resident doggo at home please bring them to the shelter to see if we're going to be best buds!
