Calais

This precious girl here is calais. After being rescued out of the pound, this girl has settled into foster care very nicely considering what we think her history might be. Calais has clearly had a couple of litters of puppies which does quieten them down somewhat but this poor girl also looks lie she has had it pretty tough up until now. She had a few sores under her chin and was very thin. After a few days of tlc, her sores are getting better and she has already started to fill out a little bit but that will take a little more time yet. Calais is pretty well behaved for a staffy, who can sometimes be a little cheeky when it comes to obeying their humans commands. This girl can sit, wait and walks very well on the lead. She eats well, gets on well with other dogs, loves kids and is food motivated so any additional training her new owners would like to do with her will be a breeze!this sweet girl doesn't mind being outside but will sit at at the door with those glazed over puppy eyes that just make you melt and instantly feel sorry for her so you let her in. She is clearly very smart! haha. She hasn't done any woopsies inside to date and is also crate trained. She loves to snuggle into her big boofy pillow bed at night and you don’t hear a peep out of her all night. She will even stay quiet in the morning when you get up. She must think if she stays quiet then she will get to stay in her nice warm bed for longer! lolthis girl would be suited to almost any home but it will need to be a very special one where she can be treated like the princess she is and have love and care for the rest of her life.
