He has a very friendly and playful personality. He enjoys playing tug of war, chasing balls, chewing sticks and walking around using his high sniffing skills.

Maurice is very food driven, making teaching him easy. He's already toilet trained and he's learning to sit on command. Maurice is still learning independence, and needs a family who don't work full-time, or who have another dog to keep him company during the day.

Maurice is looking for an active family, who are interested in ongoing training and socialisation. Maurice will be an active boy once fully grown, and would love a family that can commit to keeping his clever Vizsla mind active and engaged, as well as keeping him physically fit.

Please note the following: We do not take applications for animals over the phone, as we are a small team and are trying our best to be fair to all applicants while creating the best outcomes for our animals. We aim to reply to all applications within 7 business days, and will confirm with all applicants once we have an adoption meet booked for the animal. All of our meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Craigieburn, and all going well you will take home your pet on the day of the meet. The majority of our animals are in a foster home, not at the shelter, so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you!
