About Kahu
Introducing, Kahu!
Kahu is a soft, gentle, affectionate girl with a heart of gold. Though she may be a little timid and sensitive at times, this makes her a very quick learner and loyal best mate to those she trusts. With the right amount of kind guidance, patience and love, she truly blossoms.
Kahu loves nothing more than to be by her humans side soaking up all the affection she can get, but has also developed a very good off-switch and will happily chill by herself outside on the deck or inside on her mat when her humans are busy.
Kahu doesn’t have high exercise needs but will never say no to what the day has on offer. Whether that be a slow stroll, pottering around in the house or garden, napping at your feet all day, to a full on adventure or daily run- she really is just a delight to have around.
Kahu travels so well in the car that sometimes you can forget she’s even there as she just snoozes the trip away.
She’s toilet trained, sleeps through the night without a peep and is amazing with cats, birds, horses, wildlife and other small animals. Kahu also has exceptional leash manners!
Kahu is very happy with her foster siblings company and wants to join in on the shenanigans but is still learning how to play. She would be fine as a single dog, or potentially with an easy-going, respectful doggy friend that can help her feel at ease and learn the ropes.
If Kahu sounds like the girl for you, please send in an application today!
Kahu is located in NSW.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
