About Cashew - Located in Coburg
Cashew is a scrumptious kitten who brings a delightful sense of joy and amusement to any household! Her funny big feet, waddle walk and endearing clumsiness highlight her playful personality, making every moment spent with her a treasure. Watching her play with her favorite toys is a joy, and her nightly "zoomie" sessions add an extra layer of fun to your evenings.
Cashew is incredibly sociable with other cats, and will happily join other furry companions as they lounge and play. If you already have cats who are in need of a friend, they'll be happy to find one in Cashew.
Cashew is still gaining confidence around people and will need a patient owner who can give her the time and space she needs to feel comfortable. However, her lovable personality is definitely worth the wait! Once she trusts you, she will politely brush up against you for some belly rubs and gentle pats.
Cashew is the ideal addition for anyone that appreciates a quirky, lovable cat who delights in both feline and human company. Her journey to confidence is ongoing, and you can be a part of it by providing her with the love, care, and the understanding she needs to thrive.
Medical notes
Cashew has bilateral carpal hyperextension. Her tendons are currently lax so she walks in a low, floppy stance. This laxity causes her no pain, she has had xrays and an assessment by an orthopaedic specialist who has advised to continue to monitor her for now and keep her on a good quality diet and indoors only. As she grows her tendons may improve. While surgery is not currently recommended, she may require surgical intervention in the future if there is no improvement, she deteriorates or starts to develop arthritis early in life.
