About Clove
Clove has been living it up in foster care for the past 7 months, and while she’s made herself very comfortable, she’s ready to find her forever home!
This sweet girl is equal parts curious, cuddly, and just a little quirky. She might take a moment to suss out her surroundings, but once she’s settled, she’s never far from her people. Whether you're working, relaxing, or just walking from room to room, Clove will be close behind, keeping an eye on everything—just in case there's a snack involved.
She’s a big fan of laser pointers (that sneaky red dot doesn’t stand a chance), and after a good play session and some breakfast, she loves retreating to a quiet, cozy spot for her beauty sleep. Top nap location: The wardrobe, obviously.
One of her more endearing quirks: she prefers her water fresh from the shower floor. Why? Who knows. But it’s part of her charm.
Clove hasn’t had much experience with other animals or young kids, so she might do best as your one-and-only—or in a calm home where everyone respects her space and cat-like ways.
If you’re looking for a clever, affectionate companion with just the right amount of sass, Clove might be your girl.
Medical notes
Clove is a healthy and happy cat, but like many pets, she has a couple of quirks that come with a bit of ongoing management. In the past, Clove has shown some occasional biting behaviours, usually when she’s overstimulated or feeling unsure. With a consistent routine, gentle handling, and a bit of patience, this has been well managed in her foster home, and she’s made great progress. She's just a cat who benefits from clear boundaries and a calm, respectful environment.
Clove has also experienced some urinary tract issues. These are currently under control and haven’t caused any recent problems, but they could potentially pop up again in the future. Keeping an eye on her litter box habits and making sure she stays well-hydrated (yes, even if it’s from the shower floor!) can help reduce the risk of recurrence.
She isn’t on any medications at the moment, and with the right care and attention, she should continue living her best life. We’re always happy to chat more about her history and what kind of setup will help her thrive in her new home.

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
