About Honey
Honey melts hearts with her sweet disposition and joyful spirit. She radiates warmth, always eager to spread love to those who cross her path. Whether she's rubbing noses with her older Boxer buddy or gradually building her friendship with a feline housemate, Honey is proving to be a harmonious addition to any home. Her gentle nature extends beautifully to both other animals and children, making her an ideal companion for families.
Honey's outgoing personality shines through in her playful antics. She thoroughly enjoys playing tug-of-war with other dogs and eagerly chases a ball with boundless enthusiasm. Her fondness for water also makes bath time a breeze, providing a splash of fun into her routine.
Honey craves companionship, whether it's from a dog or a human. While she doesn't enjoy solitude, she's growing more content being left with a furry friend. Their presence provides her with the comfort she needs, making her an excellent choice for pet owners with another dog.
Honey is on the lookout for a family (or individual) who values togetherness and can shower her with the love and attention she so willingly gives in return. With her warm heart and friendly nature, she promises to be a loving and cherished member of any household.

As of 2017, Fresh Start Rescue are no longer placing dogs in homes with children under the age of 9 years old. We know this will frustrate many families looking to adopt, however for the safety of both those families and are beloved dogs, we have decided to put this measure into place.
