Hazel had an awful beginning - life chained outside, she was no more than a garden ornament. A good samaritan advocated for Hazel and saved her from this miserable life.

Adoption details
* Once an interest is lodged on a pei or other animal, a member of the team will call the person and follow up within 24 hours of receiving
* an adoption form is emailed to to the applicant for completion once the initial call has quantified a fit for the said animal
* Once the application is received back to SPRQ with yard photos a meet for the animal is organised
* If the meet is a success, Adoption is then activated with all relevant paperwork emailed including MC transfer / all vet work certificates (C5 / desex etc)
* Team member follows up weekly for 4 weeks to ensure all is going well
