Hello new family!

My name is Lucky , and to be very honest I’m very lucky to be still here waiting for my new family to adopt me, because you see a few months ago now I was in a battle of my life as a tick had gotten on me and although my carer rushed me to the vets as quickly as possible I still struggled for many days but now I’m almost back to my perfect best and very much looking forward to what the rest of my life is going to be like.
I’m a little more mature than most dogs but I do still very much love life.
I’m a little slow to warm up to people but I do love a pat and a scratch and my food.
I get along with most other dogs both big small and in between. I don’t like when other dogs come near me when I am eating out of my bowl but will happily eat treats with no issues with them near. I just don’t like to share my bowl.
I’m not interested in chickens or ducks .
Although I am ok with children it is preferable to find a home with older ones who understand about personal space.
As I said I have been unwell so I don’t do very big walks and I only go every few days but I do love car rides.
I do get anxious with loud noises but I’m not to bad with storms
I’m house trained and crate trained it’s very much my safe place to be.
