About Blue Heaven

A SWEET TREAT FOR YOU TO MEET!
Blue Heaven (or Bluey for short!) is currently spending time in foster to grow her confidence. A task that we thought was going to be a challenge, but she adores people!
Although at first being quite shy and liking to find a hiding place, Bluey doesn't take long to lean in for pats. Her foster carer had her letting out some purrs within just 24 hours!
She will certainly be the type of cat to hide if given free run of a whole household too early, and should be kept in a smaller area and gradually introduced to the home after getting to know her new family first. I suspect shey may love a donut or igloo bed to snuggle and hide in!
Over just one week in foster, she has shown that she has a playful side just waiting to shine. She has really started to show an interest in toys, especially ones that dangle in the air or can bedragged across the ground for her to 'hunt'. Rather than being a lap cat, Bluey is happy to sit right up against you for some pats and cuddles.
Bluey is now ready for her forever family and we hope that someone has a patient and loving home to offer. She has also met the foster carers resident cat, so would likely be fine with a resident cat in the home already.
Loud noises are still super spooky, but we wouldn't hesitate to send her home with children who can also be patient and will listen when told to give her space. She has been great with the attention given to her in her foster home byy the two primary school aged little helpers there!
