About Biscuits
Miss Brown and her son Biscuits were scrawny, sickly, scared street cats mere months ago, and now, they’re two little love bugs!!
Miss Brown is a sweet little lady (middle-aged) who loves food, naps on her heating pad, chin scratches, and sitting next to her humans on the couch. When she was first rescued she was skin and bones and very sick due to a kidney infection and gut disease, but with treatment she’s feeling much better and is adamant on upholding the fat-cat-skinny-cat duo stereotype — she’s takes one for the team every time she eats her dinner and half of Biscuits, her rescue mate.
Biscuits is a playful, spritely young boy (~1-2yo) whose favourite things in the whole world are Miss Brown, ping pong balls, small soft toys he can fling around and chase after, and pats — especially while he’s eating (his new owners should be okay with keeping up with his bed time “snacks and pats” — the blissful 5 mins in which he chows down on kibble and purrs his little heart out). Adorable!
Considering mere months ago they were living under a car and near-starving, they have made incredible progress! Both love pats, Miss Brown is comfortable being picked up, and Biscuits will begrudgingly be picked up (though does not like being held for long periods). They do quite well with strangers if treats are offered, and their fosterers are very confident that with time they will continue becoming more and more affectionate and comfortable in a new home.
Notes for adoption: Miss Brown and Biscuits are incredibly bonded and must be adopted together. They both love their heat pad which will be provided for their new home, and biscuits should have an abundance of ping pong balls to play with (also initially provided). Their foster carers can provide litter trays, heat-pad and toys to help them get settled.
