About Governor Purrington
MY BELLY IS NOT A TRAP 🪤
"Hi there. Let me come closer... Closer... Closer... Ah, I feel right at home laying against you. Some people say I am the world's most affectionate cat, and they are absolutely correct. My name is Governor Purrington, and I am the nicest cat you'll ever meet.
Start patting me or touch my big belly, and I'll quickly roll over, demanding unlimited belly rubs. My belly is a soft mountain of cloud, not a trap.
Despite my ridiculously large size, I love nothing more than laying down in your lap but if I can't, leaning against you is ok. I may be a feline giant, but my heart is as soft as a delicious treat, of which I have eaten way too many!
Even though I am very affectionate, I have etiquette and respect computer keyboards. I will rarely walk on your keyboard, which I hear is an annoying habit of most other friendly cats. I'm more like a considerate roommate than a mischievous cat.
Fortunately for me, AWL NSW don't charge by the kilogram or I would be one very expensive cat. I am on a weight loss journey that my new owner will need to help me out with please. I know many of you can relate because sometimes the food is too delicious, it's hard to stop...
I love people so much that I would be best in a home where people are home a lot. It's totally fine if you work but the more someone is home, the happier I will be. I need to maximise my belly rub time.
I would be best as either an only cat, or I should be fine with other cats as long as they don't harass me. I am a gentle giant who values peace and quiet.
My name if Governor Purrington and I hope to get your adoption vote." - Governor Purrington
