About Bumble STA012812
Meet Bumble, a gentle soul with a heart that's just waiting to blossom with love and care. Though initially shy and timid in new environments or when meeting new people, Bumble possesses a tender spirit that flourishes in a tranquil and stable environment. This introverted feline prefers the company of a peaceful household, where serenity is the norm, and sudden changes are few and far between.
Bumble's ideal home would be one where the quietude allows his personality to gradually unfold. He has an affinity for feline companionship and may thrive with a fellow feline who is friendly and confident enough to guide and comfort him. With a little time, patience, and a lot of love, Bumble is sure to reveal a heart full of affection and loyalty to his devoted human companions.
While Bumble isn't suited to the bustling energy of children or canine buddies, he promises to be a loving presence for a cat-savvy individual or couple who can provide the calm setting he needs. If you're seeking a rewarding relationship built on trust, Bumble is ready to find a lifelong friend in you. With your nurturing guidance, this gentle cat is sure to win your heart with his subtle charms.
Being FIV-positive, Bumble requires the safety of an indoor only home.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
