Ally is a gorgeous little girl. She is a companion dog who's very affectionate. While Ally is very lovable and loving, she does have a spirited personality and does need an owner who understands this.
Ally loves to sit on her person's lap and sleep on their bed. She can cope with being left home without people for about 3-4 hours so could live with someone who works part-time, or with active retirees or home workers.
Ally is good around older children and could join an adult household or a family with tweens and older, but is not suited to a home with little kids. She's never met cats but based on her reaction when she sees them out, she is probably not a good match. Ally is quite energetic and enjoys her daily walks. She will walk to heel quite well if asked. As she is uncertain of some new people initially, she is best kept on lead in public until you are familiar with her and vice versa. If there are no distractions her recall is quite good. Ally can be selective when meeting some small dogs, but with the correct introduction she has successfully made friends with small pooches. She's not fazed by large dogs and will happily play and chase around with them.
Ally tends to bark if there are noises outside, such as a bird, a possum or a neighbour. She usually stops with a firm No or a distraction/reward to reset her focus. She is crate trained and will sleep in her crate if needed, but loves sleeping on her human's bed if allowed. She is fully toilet trained.
If you are a Toy Poodle aficionado then this little girl may be your dream come true. Please fill in our SAFE Adoption Enquiry Form to apply to adopt.

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.
All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.
