Introducing our sweet senior gal, Luna!

Luna was surrendered to the shelter by her previous owner who unfortunately could no longer care for her. She is now looking for a calm retirement home where she can enjoy her golden years in peace.

Luna is still a young pup at heart when you take her out to play and she loves doing tricks like standing on her hind legs or playing with squeaky toys.

Luna is suitable to go home with young kids as she is so gentle and easygoing. She may also be okay going home with another doggy sibling, so long as they have a successful meet and greet here in the shelter.

While Luna is basically a straight-A student when it comes to being a pet, she could do with some independence training to make her more comfortable when being left alone. We notice that she tends to get a bit worried and will whine or pace around the room if she is not receiving attention.

In general, senior pets do tend to require more TLC, and Luna's adopters need to be willing to care for any ailments or medical issues that may arise in the future. However, Luna is a very healthy and lively girl for her age.
