Sage

Hi there! I’m Sage, a sweet and gentle 4-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

I thrive in a calm and quiet household where I can feel safe and secure. Loud noises can be a bit scary for me, so I really appreciate having a cozy spot to retreat to when things get overwhelming. A predictable routine helps me settle in, especially when adjusting to new environments. I love my walks in peaceful areas where I can explore and enjoy the fresh air without the hustle and bustle.

I’ve met children before and had a great experience with them, but it’s best for me to meet any new kids before we become best friends. I can get a little nervous with loud or noisy situations, so gentle introductions are key. When it comes to my furry friends, I’m currently in foster care with another dog, and we get along wonderfully! I even like to mimic my resident dog, which is pretty adorable if I do say so myself. 

I need both indoor and outdoor access to stay happy and healthy. I enjoy romping around in the yard and taking breaks to lounge on a comfy bed inside. Mental and physical stimulation are super important to me, so I love playing with toys and engaging in gentle games. I’m looking for a loving family who will appreciate my sweet nature and help me feel safe in my forever home. Can’t wait to meet you!
