About Ziggy
Meet our little firecracker Sampson!
Full of Go-Go Juice & all about fun! Our pocket rocket Sampson is turning out to be a fascinating little dude.
Knowing nothing about his past as he was a stray handed in to Rockhampton Pound, Sampson has a zest for life & a twinkle in his eye letting us know that he is ready to find a loving new family of his own.
This gorgeous boy is stunning with his flame coloured coat & electric eyes, but he is also something of a brain box. He has fantastic focus & attention so if you're a dog training enthusiast, this may be the dog you're looking for. He will definitely benefit from ongoing positive reinforcement training & guidance, but he would also thrive with activities such as agility, trick training or scent work. This is a boy who wants to learn!
Sampson in an energetic, active guy who loves his daily outings & play sessions but he also something of a snuggle bunny, lapping up fuss & attention. He wants to be able to live indoors to feel like a true valued member of the family.
Sampson has a few dog mates at the shelter, he does get quite excited at the prospect of making new friends so if you already share your life with a canine companion, we would need to arrange a meet & greet between them to ensure compatibility.
Having been a stray in the past, Sampson requires secure fencing to keep him safe. He would also appreciate a top-notch diet to keep him healthy, regular vet visits, lots of physical & mental enrichment & never-ending love! Sound like something you'd like to do?! Apply to adopt Sampson today :)
