About Wizard
Meet Wizard, the enchanting 10-month-old male Staffy cross with a charming personality and a zest for life. With his affectionate nature and a penchant for treats and pats, Wizard is eager to share his love with a new family. This lively pup has an outgoing and excitable disposition, making every interaction a joyful experience.
Wizard is incredibly fond of being around people and is eager to make new friends. While still learning the ropes when it comes to his collar and lead, Wizard is open to training and ready to embark on this exciting journey with you. With your guidance, he'll quickly master the basics and become an exemplary companion both at home and in the great outdoors.
He has proven to be great around other dogs, always joyful and playful while maintaining good behavior. As for cats, while he shows friendliness, his playful spirit may encourage a game of chase, so supervised introductions would be vital.
Wizard seems to be ok being alone. He might express his feelings with a bark or two, but then he settles down, especially when comforted with some company or his favorite toy.
He’s a perfect fit for a lively household that embraces outdoor fun, playtime, and positive reinforcement for training. With a little patience and lots of love, Wizard is eager to become a loyal, well-loved member of your family, bringing endless laughter and affection into your home.
Medical notes
At the time of his check up, Wizard was observed to have periocular alopecia. Treated with Simparica Trio 23/10/24. He otherwise passed his vet check

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
