About Aurora
Introducing Miss Aurora, Female DOB 21/2/2024 DSH Blue tabby.
Aurora is just one of the beautiful babies from Elizabeth. She has been fed and loved by a lovely lady called Debbie from Debbie's back yard colony. So far, we have saved 34 cats and uncountable number of kittens.
She is still very shy and will hide once adopted, you will need to help her become part of the family and feel safe by giving her one room at first, so she isn't to overwhelmed.
She is very independent, will come up on the couch and sit with you, very vocal, loves other cats, love to play and carry things in her mouth. She doesn't like to be picked up yet, she is still building her trust with us humans. She does run from you of you try to approach her too quickly.
If you're looking for a pet cat so you're not alone she is the one. She loves to explore.
Would better suite an older family, loves my dog. She is microchipped, vaccinated, tattooed, desexed and litter trained.
Her adoption fee is $180.
Please message the page if you would like to meet Aurora in her foster home in Port Adelaide believe me you will not be disappointed.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
To adopt a cat or kitten please send an email to hayleybarton@live.com to arrange a suitable time for a meet and greet or come to our Adoption Event which is on the 2nd weekend at Pet Barn Melrose Park from 11am to 3pm and on the last weekend of the month at Pet Barn Noarlunga from 11am to 3pm
Once adopted you will have a two week settling in period before the adoption is finalised. As a rescue we would like our cats to be kept inside only or have access to a secure outdoor enclosure/run.
We have a program called Foster to adopt a timid kitty. this is for our shy Cats that need a chance. We give you 6 months with the cat and in that time if you decide to adopt , then the cost of the cat is the price of transferring the microchip. We will advise which cats are in this program.
