Barney

Barney is one super sweet, pocket sized companion who is looking for a simple life.

Barney came from a home with a very large number of other small dogs. So he is very used to living with other dogs. Despite this, he would probably prefer to be an only dog, however another dog who won’t invade his space will be a suitable buddy for Barney.

The cat he shares his foster home with gets barked at and chased however he has never shown any intent to hurt the cat so if someone was willing to put in the effort to train him around cats, we feel he would be suited to living with them.

Barney is nervous around new people and especially kids. He has never looked like snapping but he does shy away from interactions until he gets to know you. Once he knows you he is your shadow and will follow you to the ends of the earth for cuddle time.

He would make a wonderful companion for empty nesters, grey nomads or young professionals.
