This guy is all Chihuahua, tiny, sassy and thinks he's a Big Boy.
Bijou is only small but he is not a toy or an accessory, he will need training and chances to be a dog like any other.
Bijou is looking for a home who will love his cheeky attitude and give him the opportunity to join in on adventures.
