About Fee
Fiadh (Fee) | 2yr old | Female | Siberian Husky
Located Melb
Meet Fee, a gorgeous two-year-old Husky with a big heart and an even bigger personality! Fee is currently in foster care with Homes for Huskies Rescue and is looking for her forever family. Playful, affectionate, and eager to please, Fee is the perfect companion for an active family who loves adventure and lots of cuddles.
About Fee:
Fee thrives on routine and enjoys two meals a day—morning and late afternoon—feasting on Hills Science Diet. True to her Husky spirit, Fee is energetic and loves her daily walks, which are a mix of exploring and obedient strides. While Fee does enjoy stopping to smell the roses, she listens well when prompted to move along. Her excitement for walks is contagious, and she’ll happily “talk” to you when it’s time to head out.
When it comes to other dogs, Fee is social and loves meeting both large and small friends at the park or on walks. She remains calm and composed in these interactions, making her a joy to take along. Fee is excellent around children during her walks and is well-suited to a family with older kids who can keep up with her lively nature.
Fee has mastered basic commands like sit, shake, drop, stay, and fetch, and she’ll wait patiently to eat until given the “OK.” Her training is reinforced with treats, praise, and lots of love. At home, Fee is both playful and relaxed. She’s great at entertaining herself with toys, loves a game of fetch, and is equally happy chilling on the deck or snuggling on her favorite chair.
Personality & Traits:
Fee is a quick learner and loves to please. She’s fully house-trained, responds well to routine, and has impeccable manners, especially when it comes to taking treats gently. Thunderstorms don’t phase her, and she’ll happily nap through them. While she is still learning to travel in the car, Fee settles well with a companion in the backseat.
When the day winds down, Fee is all about cuddles. She loves to sit beside you on the couch, rest her head in your lap, and enjoy ear massages. Fee has a sweet, calm demeanor but also adores her “zoomies,” showcasing her playful and energetic side.
Ideal Family:
Fee would thrive in a young, active family with children aged 10 and older who can match her energy and participate in her favorite activities. She’s perfect for a home where she can be included in family adventures, whether it’s long walks, games of fetch, or cozy movie nights. Fee would also appreciate a home where she’s allowed to curl up on the couch or armchair, as she loves being close to her humans.
Why Fee?
Fee is a smart, affectionate, and loving dog who will quickly become the heart of her new family. Her happy demeanor, playful energy, and eagerness to bond make her an exceptional companion. From her joyful zoomies to her snuggle-filled evenings, Fee is the complete package of fun and love.
