About Aja
Hello everyone my name is AJA and I am a 2 year old female Chihuahua.
I am currently living with my foster mum but it is now time for me to start my search for my very own forever home and family.
Foster Mum says I have to tell you all about myself so here goes;
I really like my food and will eat just about anything I am given
l love to play and wrestle with my foster fur brother
I have visited houses with cats and don't mind them at all
Once I feel safe nothing makes me happier than snuggling on my persons lap.
I am toilet trained (as long as I can get outside otherwise all bets are off)
I love to play and chew on my toys and tissues. (tissues negotiable)
I get scared easily and will need my new family to be very patient and gentle with me until I know that you are going to look after me.
My foster mum and a CRQ dog trainer have been working on positive ways to introduce me to new people and situations and I really like all the extra treats this involves so work really hard to keep them coming.
I also look forward to my daily walks. All the new smells are becoming much more interesting and sometimes I don't even notice things that may have frightened me in the past.
I am not too keen on being left alone so if my human was home with me it would be lovely and if I just happened to have a Chihuahua sized fur brother or sister to play with life could be perfect.
I am only very little so would not be suited to a family with children under 12.
If you think you could be my forever person please complete an application.
Lots of doggy kisses
Medical notes
18 month old Aja is desexed, microchipped, up to date with annual vaccinations as well as flea, tick, intestinal worm and heart worm prevention.
Aja does get car sick on longer trips, and has been prescribed medication to help with this.
Otherwise, she is a healthy young girl.
