About Maggie
Meet Maggie, a beautiful red and tan canine with a heart full of love and a playful spirit that will bring joy to any home.
Maggie's boundless affection is matched by her easygoing nature, making her a versatile companion for families or individuals alike. Her social grace with other dogs, as well as her gentle demeanor with cats and children, highlights her ability to adapt to various environments effortlessly.
Maggie’s charm is undeniable, with a smile that can brighten even the cloudiest day. Her spirited nature is balanced by an endearing cheekiness that is sure to entertain everyone around her.
At night, Maggie finds comfort in her crate but also enjoys the companionship of sleeping on the ground next to you or curling up on the bed if she's invited.

Has a small dry cyst on her head which has been checked by a veterinarian.
She also has an underbite that may require monitoring as she gets older.

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.

We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1) Email and ask for an adoption application to be sent on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com
2) Check your SPAM FOLDER
3) Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form.
4) This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
5) If you are successfully shortlisted, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a time for you to meet the dog in question.
6) A home visit will need to be conducted.
7) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2-4 week trial period immediately.
8) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9) During the first week 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure.
10) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you MUST contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)
Please note if the decision is made for you to return the dog for you to receive your payment you will, within 10 business days of the return of the dog.
