4 month old Staffy X Maisie, found herself at the shelter with 2 siblings through no fault of her own. She was lucky enough to be scooped up and taken into care by a wonderful foster family, who over the last few weeks have been showing her what real love is. Maisie is now looking for her very own forever family. Here is what her fabulous foster carer Shallyn has to say about her:

"If you're in search of a gentle, playful, and loving dog, look no further than Maisie. She has a wonderful temperament—playful without being rough. Like most puppies, she enjoys playful nibbles, but she’s always gentle and stops when asked.

Maisie is smart and food-motivated, making training a breeze. She already knows commands like "sit," "down," "outside," and "stop." She loves to snuggle on the couch but is also content to sleep in the laundry with our dog, Kevin, overnight.

Her potty training is progressing well, with fewer accidents each day. She’s always in a cheerful mood and loves zooming around the backyard. We’re currently helping her feel more comfortable on a leash, as she’s a bit timid about it.

Maisie absolutely loves Kevin and follows him everywhere. She is also very gentle with our other foster dog, Nix, who isn’t dog-social.

Maisie's adoption fee is $800, and covers lifetime registration, microchipping, desexing, up to date vaccination, flea & worming treatments, and puppy training classes.
