Coming from an unpleasant situation this girl could not be more resilient. She is an absolute sweetheart.

Content with two half hour walks a day she is happy to spend the rest of her time by your side. Although she loves food, the most important part of her day is cuddles.

She is toilet trained and understands sit, stay and off but not much more. She is clever and eager to please so with training her knowledge will expand.

Walks well on lead with some pulling in the first 10 minutes due to excitement. This is improving whilst in care. Interested in other dogs but also happy to leave them alone. Not keen on dogs who invade her space, bark through fences or are left off lead by owners to run at her.

She doesn't understand play and ignores balls and toys. She will happily chase you across the oval though.

Amozonite has regularly interacted with 8 and 10 year old kids whilst in care and loves the attention! She will slow down to match their pace on walks and believes the more small people patting her the better! She is strong and very wriggly when you arrive home so will be best in a home with older children.

She previously lived with a cat and is currently sharing space with two dog savvy cats. Sometimes they join her on the couch but mostly she lounges alone. Shows no interest in the neighbourhood cats who wander in and out of the front garden.

Amozonite isn't bothered by loud noises or storms, she is not a digger or barker and is okay to be left alone for a few hours. She does well in the car, is okay with baths and sleeps through the night on the sofa with her blankie.

She is an absolute gem and will bring joy to anyone who welcomes her into their home.
